Hotel Policies
Reservations
Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
Check In
15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
Check Out
Until 11:00
Children
Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
Payments
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
‘Non-shows’ your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
Early Departures
If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
Cleaning
Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
Cleaning is provided for all rooms on a daily basis.
Towels are changed every two days.
Linens are changed every four days.
General Policies
Small pets are NOT allowed
Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
